Push-in Fittings – 316 Stainless Steel
Quality
TecnAir Stainless steel Push-In fittings are manufactured to the highest quality making these products ideal for use in aggressive environments or in connection with corrosive fluids. Such applications include chemical, food, printing, marine and pharmaceutical industries.
Design
TecnAir Stainless steel Push-In fittings are uniquely designed to offer “full flow” with zero pressure drop and provide zero leaks. The design consists of 6 precision components (see sketch) body, releasing sleeve, washer, gripping collet, guide ring, and ‘O’ ring. These components are manufactured to very stringent tolerances, under rigid quality control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
Easy to Connect & Disconnect
Push-In fittings are easy to connect and disconnect without the need for tools, and are locked in position by our “hold-safe” collet. The fittings
provide automatic tube sealing using a viton ‘O’ ring. Each and every TecnAir stainless steel component is electro-polished to provide a
corrosion resistant layer of chromium oxide, which is passive.
